Red Robin co-created by Marv Wolfman and Pat Broderick is a superhero of the DC comics, who makes his first debut in Batman, no. 436(August 1989). Robin's real name is Timothy Jackson "Tim" Drake and he originally is an ordinary student who is also a gymnast. In order to get the attention of Batman, he transfers the Penguin account's money to those people in need. Unexpectedly it is discovered by the penguins and they send killers to attack the Tim family, and Batman saved them at that moment. Since then, Tim's parents have been protected by Witness Protection Programs, and Tim has been trained as a Red Robin Batman. He is Robin III, a young, promising man who often takes risks with Batman and others, and is also a witness to the "Fly Grayson Murder". Robin has always wanted to be "the best detective in the world", and Batman thinks Tim Drake will one day succeed. Although fighting skills of this generation of Robin are not as good as Dick Grayson, his investigative skills go even far than Dick Grayson's. In addition, Batman has provided new Robin costumes for Tim to improve his fighting skills.
