Gaia, the goddess of the earth, has been unable to tolerate the destruction that human brought to the earth. she gives five magical rings respectively with land, fire, wind, water, psychic ability to five children from five continents on earth, forming an organization which is called "Planeteers". When the power of five rings unifies, a magical environmental hero - Captain Planet will appear.
