He was the combination of human and Atlantis and shew his unusual special abilities in his childhood.After the queen was murdered by the Ocean Master, Orm, Nuidis Vulko found Arthur, told him about his life and the mission he must undertake.The angry Arthur came to Atlantis and defeated his half-blooded brother. At the same time, he revealed Orm's dirty tricks of killing the queen, seizing the throne and even provoking the war between Atlantis and human.
