Punisher is a hero of the American Marvel Comics, firstly appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man 129th (February, 1974), co-designed by Gerry Conway, John Romita, Sr., Ross Andru and Stan Lee. His real name is Frank Castle, he was a soldier of the United States Marine Corps at first, embodied as Punisher after his family members were slaughtered by the underground. He dedicated himself in combating evil forces and claimed that " You guilty, you died ". However his behaviors that killing bad guys breach the principle that do not kill people of other superheroes, hence, superhero teams such as the Avengers and the Defenders all reject his application.
